To make your experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible, we kindly ask you to observe the following:

 A $200 deposit is required to secure all bookings.

•We understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking. We kindly request 72 hours notice so that we can offer that time slot to another client. Should you cancel or reschedule within this time frame, you forfeit your deposit.

•We will send a courtesy reminder via SMS to your mobile prior to your appointment. Please bear in mind that if you do not receive your reminder, your appointment remains your responsibility to attend or reschedule at least 72 hours in advance. If you do not confirm your appointment, your appointment is subject to cancellation

•If you cancel your booking within 72 hours of your booking or fail to show up without notice, you will forfeit your deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS. You may however, send a friend or family member in your place.

•Deposits are non-refundable or transferable to any other services.

•No Shows that occur more than twice consecutively will result in a booking ban unless  a non-refundable full deposit prior to any future bookings is made.

LATE ARRIVALS

•At ZS Camouflage, the time that is booked has been exclusively saved just for you.

In the event that you are late, your treatment will be shortened in order to accommodate your next client. Full payment will be charged for the scheduled appointment.
